With global economic conditions constantly changing and the speed of which information travels in the 21st century, we believe it is important to periodically adjust investment portfolio allocation in relation to those changes.<\/p>

In addition, the emotion plays a key role. Stock markets are places where company shares are traded in a market subject to the influence of mass psychology and alternating feelings of confidence and fear, and in some extreme cases, greed and panic.<\/p>
